We have adjusted our booking policies to allow for more flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel.

- Free changes up to 48 hours prior to travel
- Reservations on stand-by to assist with your questions, or to reschedule your booking
- Travel credit to the value of 100% to be spent at a time convenient to you

The flexible Covid-19 booking policies are subject to government restrictions and are accepted when:
- Government lockdown prevents visitors to the Sunshine Coast; OR
- Government restricts prevent travel from the address on your booking confirmation; AND
- These restrictions are in place on the day of and/or the day before your confirmed arrival date.

Check In 1pm and Check Out 10am.

Extra person charge $30 per night (includes bed hire & linen).

Cot hire $10 per night (includes Porta cot & linen).

Pool hours 7.30am to 8.30pm.

Apartments are serviced for stays of 8 days or more. Daily service is available at an extra charge.

Office Hours

Reception is open weekdays 9am till 5pm. Weekends 9-12.Security locks the premises nightly at 5pm. If you plan to arrive after 5pm please contact us so we can make arrangements. If you get delayed during your trip please contact us and inform if you are arriving after 5pm.

Tariffs

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

Deposits

A minimum deposit of $200 (Low Season), $500 (Peak Season) is required via credit card to confirm the booking. Balance of account is payable on arrival. Credit Card details are held for security.

Unit Allocation

All efforts will be made by management to place guests in the requested room category. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative room category will be allocated.

Cancellations

Low Season: 14 day notification, refund of deposit less $50 admin fee. 14 days or less notification - no refund.
High Season: 28 day notification, refund of deposit less $100 admin fee. 28 days or less notification - no refund.

We do not issue refunds due to bad weather; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a bad weather, or significant threat of a bad weather. Weather is by nature unpredictable and we encouraged our clients to purchase travel insurance to protect their holiday investment.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS and cash. All tariffs are inclusive of any applicable government taxes and charges.
